MasÍa Dutti Brut


This Cava has been elaborated with best white grapes selection from Requena, looking for a mayor complexity. Joining  in the same product clusters form different soil’s composition.

They have been pressed softly. Keeping just  noblest fraction of the must to achieve the delicacy that expresses this Cava. Besides it has been fermented, first fermentation and second fermentation (in bottle), at low temperature (16 ºC) looking for a wide flavor range. It is fruity and floral been so  characteristic of this Valencian Cava.

The dossage used been elaborated has elaborated using same base wine. Looking for the maximum respect to the original characteristics of this Cava.

-                     Total acidity: 6 g/L of tartaric acid

-                     Volatil Acidity: 0,15 g /L
-                     Residual sugars: 6 g/L

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow Cava with green tonalities, brilliant, fine bubble and persistent foam. It developes intense aromas of pear and apple with lime and white flowers notes. In mouth, it results fresh, with very well integrated acidity leaving a floral taste long and elegant.

This is a complex cava, that encourages to a second glass. It is thus that it is  recommended to taste it during all the meal. It is ideal for all type of fish, seefood and rices. Also is unic when it complements to a goog carpacho, well marinated, or with amaki or sashimi.

Consumption recommended at 6 – 7ºC
