MasÍa Dutti Rose Brut


This Cava has been elaborated with best red grapes from Requena. They have low crops and they are, as an average, 50 years old

They have been pressed softly. Keeping just  noblest fraction of the must to achieve the delicacy that expresses this Cava. Even more it has been fermented, first fermentation and second fermentation (in bottle), at low temperature (16 ºC) looking for a wide flavor range

The dossage used been elaborated has elaborated using same base wine. Looking for the maximum respect to the original characteristics of this Cava.


Chemical characteristics:

-                     Total acidity: 6 g/L of tartaric acid
-                     % Vol: 11,5
-                     Volatil Acidity: 0,15 g /L
-                     Residual sugars: 9 g/L

Tasting notes:

Bright red Cava with purple tonalities, , fine bubble and persistent foam. It develops intense aromas of red berries with strawberry and white flowers notes. In mouth, it results fresh, with very well integrated acidity leaving a fruity taste long and elegant.

This is a complex cava, that encourages to a second glass. It is thus that it is  recommended to taste it during all the meal. It is ideal for all type of fish, and as an appetizer.


Consumption recommended at 6 – 7ºC
